Les eaux dormantes (les épuisés)

Les eaux dormantes (still waters) take the form of puddles whose volume is determined by social, economic or demographic quantification, at a rate of one metric drop (0.05 ml) per unit. Les épuisés (the exhausted ones) is a statistic that lists the number of people in psychological distress at work, published by the Institut de veille sanitaire. It forms a puddle of 24 liters.
