Les eaux dormantes (les grévistes)

Les eaux dormantes (Still waters) are ephemeral protocol installations in the form of water puddles, realized both outdoors (on parking lots, sports fields or vacant lots) or indoors. They consist in pouring on the ground a quantity of water determined by a social, economic or demographic quantification, at a rate of one metric drip (whose volume equals 0.050 ml) per unit.
