A very particular type of comic strip, Lost in Monochrome presents a succession of black squares that are more or less haunted. This book originated with a selection of comic strips containing black panels. The strips were then ‘hollowed out’ so that all that was left on the page were the ‘monochromes’ in their initial place on the page.
