Each year, the Ministry of Culture publishes the key figures of cultural employment. Based on INSEE statistics, they include the number of artists (all disciplines combined) registered on the labor market. Thus, according to the data available in 2021, the number of people in the arts professions increased by 12,205 in one year, or an average of about 33 new artists per day.

The installation Leak (Fuite) is, as the name suggests, a leak of water, slowly dripping, at a rate of 33 drops per day, from the ceiling of the space where it is on display. The device itself is hidden in the ceiling or the ventilation system. Drop after drop, this leak patiently forms a puddle on the floor that spreads and evaporates.
