Les eaux dormantes (les interdit·es)

Les eaux dormantes (still waters) take the form of puddles whose volume is determined by social, economic or demographic quantification, at a rate of one metric drop (0.05 ml) per unit. Les interdit·es uses statistics from the Bank of France listing the number of people registered in the Central Check Register as having been banned by banks or courts from issuing checks (latest report published by the Observatory of Banking Inclusion, 2024). It forms a puddle of 39.68 liters.
